We work to: AWAKEN to mental health challenges; RESTORE broken components; IMMERSE in the process of healing, growth and transformation; STRENGTHEN skills to enact change; and EMERGE to operate in healthy patterns which demonstrate wholeness. Our name is not just an acronym, it is our identity. We provide in person therapy to Central Florida residents. Trainings provide insight into mental health issues and access to community resources; equipping individuals with tools to support those around them. Telehealth is available for individuals residing in Florida, Nebraska and Louisiana.
